= Arrival =
On all intercity trains (but not the IC from Hanover) there is free internet:
connect to "WiFi in de trein" On the railway station itself, free internet is
also available. Connect to KPN.
The ticket machines at Schiphol railway station take Visa and Mastercard,
possibly other credit cards as well. Direct trains to Deventer (listed
"Enschede") leave at .37 past every hour from platform 3. The .07 train
("Amersfoort Schothorst") has one easy change at Amersfoort, across the
platform. You don't need a reservation. Schiphol-Deventer is 1h 20min.
If you arrive by train from outside the Netherlands be aware that the gates
are locked at the railway station. You might have to ask for help getting
through. Use the big "info" button next to the gates if you don't see any
staff.
>From the railway station to our house is about 10 minutes:

If you're in our house, please do bring towels. Sheets are not necessary.
We're a shoes-off household, so bring slippers or be prepared to go about on
socks or bare feet.
If you're from outside Europe, don't forget plug converters. I only have a few
US->EU converters, and they are mostly in use.
