g'mic on windows status update

Further updates... I build all of Krita with 2013 and that didn't even 
start up... I copied the 2013-built kritagmic.dll plugin to a 2012 build, 
and that didn't fix the stacksize issue either.

I'm looking into cross-compiling with mingw now, but that's going to take 
a bit of time.
