Artificial sensitvity

Well, you can set speed as a sensor for most effects, but honestly, Krita
is designed for use with a pressure sensitive tablet. Using a mouse
instead will always be an inferior experience. I really recommend getting
a tablet, even a cheap one will be miles better than using a mouse.
(I know that some people create amazing work with just a mouse, but it's
like painting with the brush between your teeth. If you don't absolutely
have to do, don't.)
