Musical Measures on Timeline Docker

Hey Thomas,

As with any Krita coding project, it's important that you start building
Krita first. What OS are you on? Also come and say hi on the #krita IRC on
freenode about 8 to 20 hours from now, we are usually awake around that
time period.
