[calligra/krita-testing-kazakov] krita: The first part of selection tool outline optimization is done

I still have a problem here -- the selection outline is wrong when I use 
the elliptical selection tool in vector mode. I haven't tested too deeply
yet, so I haven't checked the other tools.
