Krita already has the recording of painting actions (tools > recording / macro 
menus), but for now, it only has replay at full speed, but one of the 
intention was (is) to make it possible to create tutorials with those painting 
actions, which would have allowed replay at different speed. Unfortunately, I 
never had time/motivation to finish that part, nor will have for 2.5.
