Testers needed: Outline updating bug

Hi, Tested.
Very cool, none of my complex brush mask or presets now let artifact on 
the screen. Even complex mask with fuzzy rotation, or dotted brush with 
size=pressure or even size=fuzzy. I'll keep the branch for painting till 
merging. thanks
