Krita - Gsoc 2011 (Siox Algorithm): any news?

Hi everyone,

I am a bit shy to ask this because I am fully aware you are really *busy* now with the upcoming release of Krita - Calligra 2.4...

Nevertheless, I would like to know how did it go in end the Google Summer of Code  by Bruno Morais Ferreira?
This regarding the integration in Krita of a new selection tool (through the Siox algorithm).
