Hm... Where are you subscribed? https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kimageshop is canonical, and I get the mails pretty quickly (but don't subscribe in digest mode!). I tend to take a bit of time to answer mails to the mailing list myself, in the first place to give others a chance to answer first, in the second place because I usually have to find time to do so, and to do a few tests in betwen.
