UI Bug while deleting layers from layer dock

Hi to all

     In layers dock , there is a problem while deleting layers.
Steps to produce:
1). Insert more than one layer.
2).Delete the layer using the button
3). You can observe no change in GUI buttons after deletion.

  I solved the bug and whats the problem is after deleting the layer ,
No layer is
activated. Check the code once
