[calligra] krita/plugins/paintops/spray: save and load aspect ratio state in spray shape option

Hi,
 
I had a patch and when I tried to commit, I noticed that Sven was faster =)
My patch was exactly the same, instead of m_useAspect, I used directly the gui 
button state but the bahavior is the same.

Can we backport it to 2.3.x branch?
