Gaussian filter bounds problems

Yeah, confirm. More than that, sometimes it seems to be applied twice. It
looks like, apply button applies filter walking around the mask's code.
Though preview works perfectly.

Boud, does this "apply" button merges the mask or applies the filter
directly?
