Unify names in brush engines

aspect ratio or ratio, I have no idea what just "aspect" would refer to. 
"aspect ratio" is more precise, but takes more space, I don't know if "ratio" 
is enough. But for the sake of being uniform with gimp, I would say change to 
"aspect ratio".

For me angle => static value. Rotation => dynamic value. For instance in the 
pixel brush, you can see angle as a setting of the autobrush, and rotation for 
what is controlled by sensors.
