Krita and MyPaint: differences between their goals

Well, you know what I mean! In krita you cannot pan the whole layer stack in 
one go and KisImage have a size.

I'm going by Maxy's statement and description. And indeed, the brush design 
dialog in MyPaint isn't totally free of complexity :-)
