A couple of problems using Krita

I got this working now & will commit in half a jiffy :-).

Three options:

click-drag: move the first non-transparent layer at click x,y
shift-click-drag: move the current layer
ctrl-shift-click-drag: move the inner-most group containing the first non-
transparent layer at click x,y.
