Brush spacing / rotate / scale

Actually, forget what I've said about ellipse/rectangle brushes.
It's probably a good idea after all. After all, it's easy to get 
around the problem of people possibly wanting separate round 
and rectangle brushes: just make the settings savable, and have 
multiple instances of the brush in the brush selector:
- one round brush
- one ellipse just to show people that they can make one
- one rectangle brush
- one rectangle brush with rounded corners
