no to krita-plugins, 1.6 branch is features/strings frozen. as for 
krita-plugins, yes the configure check is missing, remove ImageComplete from 
filters/Makefile.am.

I will probably switch krita-plugins to a more sane buildsystem (guess 
which ?) really soon.
