Brush/gradient popup and filter paintop configuration

Hello,

I had an IRC discution with the various folks of #koffice about the 
brush/gradient popip and the filter paintop configuration.

So here is some of the idea which have appeared:
- for the brush/gradient popup, it could be interesting if it were possible 
to "transform" it into a docker to allow people with a large screen to 
allways have it visible

- for the filter paintop: (assuming the paintop configuration stay in the 
toolbar and needs to remain small)
 - a popup widget (like the brush/gradient, with possibely a possibility to 
transform it to a docker ?)
 - a non-modal dialog

An other proposed option was to have the configuration of paintops in a 
docker, but there is a problem with the filter paintop configuration as it 
would have the same problem as the current filter tool with some big filter 
configuration widgets.

What do you think guys ? Any other ideas ?
