New Icons

It worked for me - as a matter of fact, I wrote the documentation after playing
with it. Basically, the Perspective Transform tool allows you to designate four
corners and stretch the area comprised by the convex polygon described by those
corners, to become the new rectangular image.

The icon as it is now, is a clone of the normal Transform icon but with a
distorted destination polygon instead of a nice rectangle.
