Icons location

All icons that are specific for krita should go in the same directory -- the 
crystalsvg icons are just the icons we borrowed because we weren't good 
enough to do our own. So, /usr/share/apps/krita (which is the install dir),
and then /pics or /icons or /images would be okay: with icons being the most 
logical and pics the most traditional.

But all the icons you create will be placed in the same place. And... Thanks 
for all the work!
