I don't mind a rich set of iterators -- the vigra library shows that it can
work. But I think we're still missing one important iterator: a random access
iterator that returns an array of pointers to pixels. This iterator won't be
very efficient, but it would make all kinds of specialized iterators outside
the tile core possible.
