automatically naming adjustment layers now broken

As you can see, I'm fishing in the dark.  :-)

selectionHasChanged *is* called like before, and it calls refreshPreview() like
before. Only, this doesn't update the layer name field any more. If only
compiling krita  weren't that slow ...
