Overview of signals and slots

I noticed we didn't update the composite op box in the tool options when 
converting the colorspace of an entire image... In the process of figuring 
out what happened, I created a spot of Kivio art showing the signals and 
slots called in that process. It may be instructive for others who need to 
fix something in the way image and layer updates are propagated through 
Krita. It's in krita/doc.
