Added stubs for A and B -- L was still a stub

I've added stub code & the i18n'ed strings for the A and B channel histograms
Before implementing the stubs, a couple of questions:

* in the line
    m_channelsList.append(new KisChannelInfo(i18n("B"), 0, 
			KisChannelInfo::COLOR, KisChannelInfo::UINT8));
Shouldn't KisChannelInfo::UINT8 be UINT16, since lab is 16 bits?

* I'm planning to just convert the pixels using the right methods and then 
counting the pixels and putting them in the bin. Is there are more clever, 
lcms-like way of doing this?
