Urgh... Visitors and adjustment layers

For the adjustment layers, I need to be able to composite all layers in the
adjustment layer's layer group up to the adj. layer's position. We don't have 
that kind of stop conditions yet, have we? What would be a could way of 
handling this?

Btw -- we also need to fix merge visible and merge current.
