Regressions (well, not really regressions, just findings...)

I managed to fix this...

More filter regressions:

gray16: brightness/contrast
lab16: sobel
rgba8: previews for brightness/contrast, wavelet noise reducer?
rgba16: small tiles
rgba16f: pretty much all filters
rgba32f: pretty much all filters

Other regressions

converting from gray16 to cmyk16
converting to lab16 is amazingly slow, compared to other conversions
converting from rgba16i to rgba16f
