But before being able to develop for krita2, I need to be able to run it

How recent were your checkouts of kdelibs, kdepib and qt-copy? Did you run the
dbus daemon? Here's the bashrc of my kde4 user:

export YACC='byacc -d'
export QTDIR=/home/kde4/qt-copy
export KDEDIR=/home/kde4/kde4
export PATH=$KDEDIR/bin:$QTDIR/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:$KDEDIR/lib:/usr/local/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
unset KDEDIRS
export KDEHOME=$HOME/.kde4
export KDETMP=/tmp/$USER-kde4
mkdir -p $KDETMP
export KDEVARTMP=/var/tmp/$USER-kde4
unset XDG_DATA_DIRS
unset XDG_CONFIG_DIRS
export EDITOR=/usr/bin/vi

export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/kde4/threadweaver/Weaver:/home/kde4/threadweaver/Experimental:/home/kde4/flake/lib/:/home/kde4/flake/text:./home/kde4/flake/externals:
$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

export DBUSDIR=/home/kde4/dbusdir
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:$DBUSDIR/lib/pkgconfig:$DBUSDIR:
$KDEDIR/lib/pkgconfig

eval `PATH=$DBUSDIR/bin $DBUSDIR/bin/dbus-launch --auto-syntax`

Did you run kbuildsycoca?
