In principle, yes. But note that this list is not exhaustive. Take, for 
instance, a look at the ImageMagick source code for more blend modes. Oh, and 
we do have a fairly complete set for 8-bit rgba; the other color models have 
less blend modes. It's something that needs to be done and done again for 
every color model.
