Oh, I was already quite resigned to kjs -- one should be pragmatic in these 
things :-).

I think swig is too heavyweight, too. And using a generator is a good idea, 
especially since it will help keeping the bindings current. We do need some 
sort of integrated IDE for script hackers, though, preferably with a debug 
option.
