Argh!

I just saw the Krita screenshot on osdir... And dash it, not only were the 
icons for the layer states blank, but all brushes were loaded twice, too.

The first thing seems only to happen if Krita is loaded from koshell -- 
something I never do, and therefore have never tested. 

The second problem I haven't seen for months!
