Binary package

[Boudewijn Rempt]

I've put up a standalone binary package at 
http://www.xs4all.nl/~bsarempt/krita-cvs-current.tar.bz2. Our first binary 
'release' :-). Installing is not hassle-free, and I've tested just two 
distributions, but, well, it's a start.
