That still needs to be done; I just couldn't figure out how, exactly. Besides, 
things like oldValue are (were?) still not fixed completely, so instead of 
adding more code to something that was still in development by Casper, I 
thought I'd better wait for a bit.

I'm still not sure what the best way to go about this is; add a second 
iterator to the pixel iterator trait and move that every time the main 
iterator is moved, or do something else.
