Rotation 90/180/270

I've done most of the rotation work, but there's one bug still left that I 
don't seem to be able to find a fix for: if you rotate a layer a lot of 
times, you'll see that more and more of the layer data gets lost. There must 
be a rounding error or an off-by-one (or more...) error somewhere, but I 
cannot find it.
