Didn't we go over that already? Filling and similar oopartion should
take the image size as a limit. One possible problem is when a layer is dragged
outside the image area (or partially dragged outside it). I guess that we still
should limit the action to the image area, but display the layer data outside
the image on the canvas backgraound.
