IE compatibility - Madfox

FYI,

There is a project called Madfox that tries to make Firefox more compatible 
with IE. See http://www.splyb.com/madfox/?page_id=28
It's basically one patch so far, see 
http://www.splyb.com/madfox/download/0.3.2/madfox.patch

Maybe there is something in there that's interesting for khtml as well.
