layouted() -> needsLayout()

layouted is not a word in the English language.  needsLayout reads much 
better and is more consistent when used with a layoutIfNeeded method as 
well.

I'd be happy to use a shorter name for setNeedsLayoutAndMinMaxRecalc 
though.  Suggestions?
