layouted() -> needsLayout()

Hi, 

whats the point in this negation of the flag (and all related renamings, 
including the introduction of the ultry-ugly setNeedsLayoutAndMinMaxRecalc() 
helper) ?

I don't see the point. You made all the method names longer, negated their 
meaning for no (apparent) reason and just made it a lot more difficult for 
those who know the code to adopt. 

Do I overlook something?
