[Kget] Metalink Questions

Hi all,

For unrelated reasons, I've been interested in Metalink support lately and
have the following questions:

   - Has the GSoC code for Metalink Headers support been merged to KGet's
   master? If it hasn't I could work on that.
   - Would it be a good idea to abstract the Metalink code into a library
   that could later be reused by, e.g., KTorrent, and do some conditional
   compiling as we do with libktorrent? I could take that task too.
