Confirm this bug for KDE 4.4.3, for new user with default kget settings web UI
is completely unusable.
For me kget also showed error window about not writeable path, setting default
path in group settings helped, but web UI still does not work. Please fix this
problem two.

Creating new user with empty /home/user dir should help to reproduce.
