But for what reason? Where is the point of manually deleting things from a 
list so that they will appear in another list? The history is great to find 
old downloads, if I need them. But I wouldn't want to manually manage it.

Would you want to manually move all your visited urls in konqueror from one 
list into the history? I myself would like to spare me that time.
