[Kget] Download actions in toolbar?

Hi,

On bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218282 the reporter suggested to 
also show the action that happens after downloading in the add-download-
dialog.

I think that would be a bad idea, imo it would be better if we showed the 
action in the toolbar and also added "None":

"Action after downloading:"
enum AfterFinishAction
{
  None = 0,
  Quit = 1,
  Shutdown = 2
};

That way users always know what kind of action will happen after the downloads 
finish and "accidents" where they forgot that it is set to "Shutdown" won't 
happen that often anymore.

Also I think the computer should be shutdown after 1 minute and there should 
be an easy way to abort the shuting-down process, like pressing a button in 
the notification.
