While this bug report sounds wired, I want to confirm it and describe what I
saw: I started kget from inside konqueror, and the jumping drop target appears
at the center of the screen. I right click it and select "Hide Drop Target".
Now the drop target moves up out of the screen, but when later hovering at the
old position of the drop target, a tooltip pops up with the remaining
downloads, so while the graphics of the target is away, there still seems to be
a hidden/input-only window at the center of the screen causing the tooltip.
