Hover mouse pointer on konqueror's "File" menu and see a tooltip with kget's
download list status. In some cases it would appear immediately, but most time
I will have to wait for few second before it shows up.

Also I had another problem with this tooltip - I had rather long list of
downloads in kget (takes the whole screen height) and sometimes when I
accidentally moved mouse to the top left corner for a second I received big
yellow rectangle with some text (later I found out that this was kget't
tooltip) and after a half of second it turns to completely black rectangle.
