Using KDE 4.2.2, Kget 2.2.2 and bandwidth throttling does not work. I can set
global limits, but it does not work. Right clicking on the transfer pops up a
dialog with greyed out settings.

So, +1 for me to include proper bandwidth throttling with Kget. Thanks!
