[Kget] kio filecopy use too much cpu

Hi guys

try this pacth. that calls Filejob::Seek() and filejob::write()
only when the segment buffer has more than 8k of data.
this should use less cpu usage. seems that kio::filejob needs too much cpu

if it works better with this patch on linux please let me know to commit it.

here on FreeBSD it works normally to me.
