I'm not able to reproduce this on git-master or Dolphin 24.08.3 on Solus

Tested with a folder that has mp4 and webm videos in it. ffmpegthumbs is
installed
- Opened Dolphin and navigated to the folder. Hovered over each file. Infotip
stays visible with either mp4 or webm.
- Navigated to the folder in Konsole and opened Dolphin from there. No
problems.
- Created a link to the folder on the desktop and opened that. No problems.
- Created a folder on the desktop with just the webm file and opened that. No
problems.
