Can confirm it seems to depend on the launch folder. When I launch it in a
folder with VP9 .webm files the bug happens. In another folder with an .mp4
file, it works and there's no bug. When I launch from a non-affected folder and
then browse to the affected .webm files folder later, there's also no bug
happening.
