Not sure if the merge request I created actually fixes this crash, but I think
it is likely that it does.

If you are able to test the change
(https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/GitLab#Testing_someone_else's_merge_request)
that would be neat. Then you would be able to confirm if it fixes the crash.
But it is not that easy to set up a development environment, so I understand if
you don't/can't. I think it is somewhat likely that I'll be able to merge the
change regardless in which case we will know if it actually fixed the issue in
a couple of month when your distro provides the next Dolphin version as an
update to you.
