Can you clarify which version this feature was introduced in?  I do not see the
feature in Dolphin 21.12.3.

It's true that if I enable Path as a column in search mode, it will be
"remembered", but it is "remembered" for all folder views.  What I want (and
what the OP wants based on their reddit post, although it's not completely
clear in the issue description) is for Path to be remembered and shown *only*
in search results, but not when viewing actual directories.
