Using Dolphin to manage a sound library (feature request)

In fact this feature is already available in Dolphin 19.08 and later! :) 
Just turn on auto-play by right-clicking on the preview image in the 
imformation panel cnd checking "auto-play media files". Then they will 
auto play on hover just like you want.
